Had a spin round Bishopston Woods again. Passed over the top of one of the cliffs east of Three Cliffs Bay where the view was stunning. I guess I should say it was well worth it, but it wasn't :( my left knee started feeling the strain. So I cut about 4 miles and ran for home.
Finally sussed a good route through the woods though. That'll go on my Alternative Gower Bike Ride!!
